Apart from taking various managerial and entrepreneurial decisions, my role as "Chief Marketing Officer" is to lead our Marketing and Sales Department. I lead the pre-sales client interactions, lead bid teams for developing proposals, solutioning and contractual discussions, and formulated various marketing strategies of the company.I am also involved in operation and delivery management to ensure that all solutions that Acumen delivers meets desired quality standard and in time.

I was involved in building public relations, market research, online marketing, preparing bid propositions,SLA's and formulating various managerial, sales and marketing strategies of the company. I have also played an important role in streamlining the various processes that involved for proper delivery of the web based solutions that "Acumen" delivered. I tried to adapt and customize various methodologies so that it suits our business environment.
