- Provide aid in setting up multimedia, installation of relevant software for proper functioning and troubleshooting during presentations, conferences and VTC`s involving use of IT - Respond to system`s security beaches, malwares and virus attacks - Install, maintain and set up of firewalls - Adhoc travel to locations in the Middle East area to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues primarily in a Windows environment - Receive and document all inbound tickets, emails, phone calls, and in-person request for IT services - Document, track and monitor technical problems and solutions - Inform management of recurring problems - Redirect problems to correct resource - Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to National Office - Install and update of computer systems - Administer help desk software

- Act as network administrator - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, and software issues. - Replace or repair defective parts and equipment - Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software - Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups for clients

- Supervise maintenance of computer systems and ensuring functional inter and intra net networking on all systems at all times - Offering assistance in computer software and hardware trouble shooting when needed - Set up and maintain scanning and printing devices - Install and update of computer systems - Support and maintain local servers - Maintain local phone connectivity and hookups - Maintain connectivity with remote sites via satellite connection
