- Material-Data creation and maintenance in SAP; - Consulting on the topics of material master data; - Monitoring data quality and Optimizing internal processes to improve data quality; - Supporting Digitalisation Projects: collect and analyze requirements, develop and operate Product information management system, monitor data transfer through interfaces(SAP&Salesforce, PIM&SAP). - Support and implementation of international training.

－ Make Contract related data report, such as PO monthly report output; － Monitor IT tools development, support contract review analysis on quality, efficiency, identify outstanding issues and follow up its ratification; － Support IT system automation program, including business requirements collection & clarification, solution discussion and IT tools test; － Support administrative operation.

－ Support the establishment of truck delivery projects (within the EU) and regulate the delivery process, like negotiating cooperation with transportation companies such as Dachser, etc., accounting and producing the company's external price quotation, arranging goods delivery; － Support parcel delivery projects (within the EU) to optimize cost and efficiency; － Support financial transactions, such as making bills; － Solve unexpected problems during delivery, such as package missing, etc.

－ Support new product development projects, such as matching design materials, finding material suppliers and suitable co-production producers; － Support sales projects, such as tracking the production and shipping processes of goods, and timely feedback to customers; － Customer management, such as meet customer’s requirements.

- Response for credit card applications, audited the documents from applicants - Visited clients specially those small firms - Participated in variable professional training in finance area
