We manage for investors, institutional investors, banks, and FDIC. All these investor have a common need, which is they need good paying tenants. Our job is to place good qualified tenants into the properties.
Create investment opportunities, implement new programs, and develop marketing plans to drive sales. Consult with clients and provide recommendations on projects. Negotiate terms and close deals with banks, Builders, Developers, and Appraisers. Design loan structures and select investments to sell. Manage existing clients, capture new business, and handle all referrals from investment groups. Supervise 2 Sales Associates.
