Completed Fabrication and reverse engineering for the manufacture of Transformer oil Tank of WAG-9 Locomotive for Indian Railways. Designed the manufacturing procedures for the Transformer oil Tank. Designed the press machine, tools required for fabrication. Completed the design for jigs and fixtures required for manufacturing.

Handled various projects in the design of Pressure Vessels including Fractionating Columns, Crude and Distillation Columns, Autoclaves, Rotocones, Limpeted / Jacketed Reactors & Tanks confirming to ASME Section VIII Div.1 BPVC. Designed Heat exchangers according to TEMA Standards. Designed API Tanks according to API 650/620. Designed Internals for Columns, reactors and pressure vessels.
