ARCELIK (support SAP ERP EHP 6.0 Project). Working as SAP SD Team Leader and Senior SAP Logistics Application Consultant. I am responsible from Change Requests and Incidents of more than 145 Countries in which ARCELIK serving products and services. Analyzing change request and preparing solution proposal. After proposal is approved, doing required customization in SAP. Managing critical issues and tickets which are escalated by the customer ARCELIK.

Worked as SAP SD consultant and was responsible for analyzing processes and scenarios, preparing blueprint, customizing and testing the processes and scenarios, collecting master data, preparing end user documents together with end users, end user trainings and post go-live support.

Working as SAP MM consultant and responsible for all Change Requests and Incidents. Analyzing change request and preparing solution proposal. After proposal is approved, doing required customization in SAP. Managing critical issues and tickets which are escalated by the customer.
