My duties and responsibilities during the period was Duties: • Conducting independent inspection to verify quality of work • Perform all quality tests as required by technical specifications • Reviewing contractor reports, tests and inspection results. • Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders. • Inspecting all materials, construction plant and equipment for the conformance with the technical specifications.

I had completed following duties during the period of working •Supervision and coordination of architectural and interior works for high rise condominium. •Organising Subcontractors and Suppliers schedule and sequence of works •Ensure the client requirements through proper planning and execution. •Weekly work planning including man and other resource management. •Analyse the job progress and submit weekly and monthly work progress report to project manager.
