-Evaluate the project proposals for technical feasibility and compliance with customer requirement, as well as control and approval of customer -specific drawings. -Integrate, execute integration projects, and discuss targets closely with R&D and Quality Department. -Quality Assurance through checking of design documents, 3D-models, 2D-drawings in accordance with technical requirements by Product Data Management with PLM(Windchill) and ERP Systems.

Hands on Experience in PTC Creo(3D Modeling, Top Down Assembly, Surfacing, Flexible Modeling,)and explorative BOMs. Profound knowledge GD & T methodology and design calculations in drawings for customers and manufacturing. Solid Experience of international design rules and guidelines such as DIN(EN), ASME Y14 and ISO standards. Knowledge of development of Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to eliminate failures in the product and any design justifications required to support risk analysis.
