As representative of the Purchasing department, the responsibility are to formulate, set up and monitor supply chains of multiple eBooster projects for several OEM's until SOP.

As representative of the Purchase department, I was responsible for managing supply chains of multiple projects of several OEM's (e.g. Renault): - Developing supply chains for turbocharger development projects with average spends of 150M; - Coordinating Suppliers, Purchasers, Engineers, Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality, etc.; - Negotiating supplier contracts from EUR 60k to EUR 100M per contract; - Negotiating specifications, lead-times and deliverables with suppliers and other stake-holders.

We operate as an extension to procurement/engineering departments of Western companies that do business with Chinese companies. We mainly support the industrial field and our focus goes to aluminium casting and DC-motors.

Studied full-time for I-MBA (I = International) at Tongji University in Shanghai. Part-time, taught English to grown ups.

As Fleet Manager, I was responsible for managing GSE fleets of several clients and steering multiple projects. Some of the regular tasks could be described as follow: - Project Management on projects such as purchasing, sale and leaseback, fleet revitalization and IT systems implementation; - Contract Management with a portfolio of 5 main customers; - Creating periodic and ad-hoc reports, analysing data and monitoring/anticipating on exceeding of estimates with TCO in mind.
