In handling various projects' I proactively monitored project's execution activities from entering until shipping with an appropriate initiative, flexibility and perseverance to satisfy the customer's requests. Also, considering goals in company’s performance and procedures I took care of information flow between departments and its’ clarification by ensuring of implementation the customers’ requirements.

As contact person of daily business orders' handling, with main focus to SHELL Netherlands orders, in my scope was to review different aspects i.e. technical, financial, monitoring production schedule, defining risks & developing contingency plan. During order's time I have been responsible person for inner departments by expediting and supervising progress of each order. After delivery, I remained a contact person for any customers' questions technical or not.

In role of Sales & Application I reviewed customer requirements implementing technical and financial to successfully bring order in house. Part of my role was to be available for the customer during period of order time supporting and providing valuable information link to order and its' status/progress.

Assistant to Project Manager in field of Building Material and Alternative Fuel - managing issues and supervising work on site of greenfield investment.
