I led a business unit providing software engineering and technology consultancy for a portfolio of customers in the DACH region. I built up three technology competences to support customers automate business processes and modernize their digital workplace: Office365, ServiceNow and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

I helped customers in the DACH region design and implement digital workplace solutions based on Microsoft's technology stack.
