• Responsible for overall field contract management, administration and coordination. • Ensure that the contractor's works are monitored and controlled in accordance with design specifications and Contract Documents. • Ensure monitoring on the quality of materials and workmanships installed, operated and maintained. • Liaise with Client, Project Management and Contractor for resolution of project issues, in addition to concerned Authorities when required.

• Ensuring that Client’s requirements are fully and correctly understood, and are communicated effectively to Project team. • Liaison with the Consultant, Project Manager and Engineering Manager to resolve technical issues. • Prepare list of Architectural Shop drawings. • Maintain Shop drawings register. • Producing Architectural Shop drawings. • Prepare/Review material submittal before submitting to the Consultant. • Review Architectural shop drawings prepared by sub contractors.

• Sites development, supervision and management skills. • Budget, Tender documents, Specifications, B.O.Q., payment certificates, variation claims and program of work preparation and follow up. • Checking projects documents with contractors and consultant. • Monitoring the progress and quality of work on site. • Coordination with main contractor, MEP engineers and the interiors designer to the control the site works. • ensure quality assurance and manage on site duties

• Leading the engineering team to prepare the detailed architectural drawings and other contract documents, coordination the work of a multi disciplined team (structural, electrical, mechanical, QS, etc.) throughout the design development, directing and coordinating the work as per submittals. • Schedules and requirements, and attending the progress meetings with the client. • Monitoring the progress and quality of work at site. • Coordination with MEP engineers, to the control the site works
