Engage with React Nanodegree students and provide them with actionable and personalized feedback on their projects to help them progress through their Nanodegree program. Through guidance via in-depth code reviews, project evaluations, and 1:1 sessions, continued student success is ensured.

As a Udacity Project Reviewer, I review student project submissions, striving to give actionable and helpful feedback. The areas in which I provide project reviews include Front end engineering in general (React, CSS, HTML, Javascript)

I work mainly with front-end development, using React/redux, to create interactive maps and data visualizations.

I worked on the project "Map of Civil Society Organizations". This project aims to improve transparency on the relationships formed by the Brazilian government and NGOs. To develop this solution the project started using Java and GWT, but now we are moving for a development with node.js on the back-end and Javascript, HTML, CSS on the front-end. To plot the map we use Leaflet and to create charts and visualization, we use D3.js.

My activities included researching and providing solutions to interface design, data visualization and the back-end part of research applications. While working at IBM I used the following technologies: Java, J2EE, Spring, Tomcat, IBM Websphere, Javascript, Dojo.js, D3.js, Python.

I taught undergraduate classes object oriented programming using Python.

As a researcher and developer, I worked closely with both schools of Communication from Federal University of Espirito Santo and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro to conceive, plan and develop social network analysis from tweets of social events. The technologies used in this project were: Python, Gephi, Social Network Analysis, Social Network Visualization.

Analyze processes handled by Brazilian Supreme Court. In this project, we used Python to make a crawler in order to get the data from the Supreme Court website, stored it into a MongoDB database to create visualizations using D3.js.

Development of scripts to generate automatic reports about process models and the development of scripts to generate automatic changes in process models. It also included activities such as: web publication of process models, development of new libraries, research of new functionalities and solutions for extracting information contained in the process models.

Definition, specification and development of methodological and computational solutions to enhance information access, participation and knowledge management between Citizen and Government, looking for transparency, democracy and collaborative public administration, with support of ICT.
