Lead person in implementing a project a t Airbus to reduce the number of systematic design quality issues by troubleshooting, with a predictive result of 90%. Coordinated weekly meetings with multidisciplinary stakeholder teams from different seniority levels to perform root cause investigations and to launch, delegate and follow up preventive actions. Performed weekly KPI reports by analyzing customer’s SAP data and processing it in Excel. Reports were distributed to Airbus high ranking management teams.

Led the industrialization of two new boat models. E.g. Created an action plan, coordinated parts validation, prepared support documentation, did on-site coaching, supervised and audited assembly process to identify failures-modes and perform troubleshooting. Directed operation teams when performing Engineering Change Request. Influenced continuous improvement application. E.g. Applied 5S on operators working stations.

Created standard training programs for new employees on Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM), Stretch Blow Molding (SBM) and Injection. Assisted in performing EBM workshops and training sessions for new employees. Wrote training manuals on plastic transformation processes. E.g. Followed the company necessities, set goals and milestones, not only learned on-site knowledge with distinct teams and also researched and gathered suitable conceptual technical information.

Led the development of a project on a boiler assembly line with a 30% increase of its efficiency ratio. Managed a multi-disciplinary team into making analysis of assembly errors and preventing them. Trained engineers and fellow project leaders in how to prepare, present and follow-up project documentation in order to meet BPS standards. Rearranged an assembly line layout, when relocating it on site, in order to achieve Floor Space Optimization and ergonomic standards.
