- Manage and plan the implementation of all China machine tool after-sales installation projects (including personnel planning, resource planning, time planning, etc.) - According to the project scope, plan personnel deployment and lead the on-site installation team, act as a communication bridge between customers and various departments within the company - Manage project milestones and project costs to ensure in-time project completion, achieve project objectives, and improve customer satisfaction  

- General manager of large-scale international automation machine tool installation projects - Project planning and project management (including personnel, time planning, etc.) - Overall responsible for the implementation of the customer's on-site installation projects ans responsible for communication and coordination between the customer's site and the factory - Daily taking care of customer production problems, receive and solve customer’s complaints problem to improve customer satisfaction

- Overall responsible for the on-site installation management of large-scale turnkey projects, managing project milestones, coordinating communication to solve project problems, ensuring the completion of project objectives, and delivering projects in-time -  Responsible for programming, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic related technical work related to machine tool installation - Responsible for the setting-up and commissioning of machine milling centers

- Team member of the "Capri-Sun" beverage product maintenance team which was responsible for ensuring the normal operation and maintenance of the product production equipment - Responsible for effective production as part of maintenance team to ensure a troublefree production - Taking care of renovation and new installation of production equipment as well as special machines, including problem solving and optimization during the modification process (e.g. mechanical and electrical problems, etc.)
