Client: Porto Seguro. SAP FPSL implementation project (modernization of the central regulatory and financial reporting platform in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards - IFRS 17). Agile Methodology. Acting as PMO, performing monitoring and control of integrated tests. Preparation of daily status reports to Stakeholders presentation. Daily monitoring defect, evolution of test scenarios and problem status reports. Using the ALM Octane tool for backlog control and sprint execution.

The Projects at B3 were related to product improvements, internal tools, internal systems improvements, governance; during the whole life cycle project phases (initiation, planning, execution/control and closure). The main tool projects management control used was the Clarity to team allocation, project schedule, financial plan and risks control. Conduction weekly meetings to monitor the evolution of activities and update weekly status report. Capex control and prepared quarterly forecast the projects.

SuccessFactors implementation on BRF. Responsible for controlling and monitoring the evolution of the process of unit and integrated test cycles using Project; Weekly Status Report preparation in PowerPoint presentation; Sprints control through Agile Manager; System Integration Testing and User Acceptance testing control through ALM tool; Incidents distribution on ServiceNow; organize internal activities to support customer project delivery business.

SAP systems merger project - Leading the Interfaces area - managing multiple Billing inteface systems with SAP. Preparing documentation of interfaces monitoring; intermediation between the business and IT area; managing the flow of interfaces, until the contabilization into SAP. Management of the SD (billing) and FICO (Financial Planning, Accounts Receivable) test scenarios; incident control; Status Control through the Solution Manager - Solman.

I worked as a Business Intelligence analyst in clients: Gerdau, Braskem and EDP using SAP BW, SAP BODS and Power BI tools. Participation in the BIG4 Data Migration project, taking care of the ETL process. Other main activities consisted of preparing queries for consulting management and strategic reports; translation of the Infoobjects and Queries for users in Mexico. I acted in S&OP Project preparing data in BW for consumption in the BPC, creating DS, Infobjects, DSO’s and Cubes in version BW 7.3.

Ceaser's project on the BI laboratory, where I carried out statistical work of report execution from England, Belgium, Holland, Italy and Portugal headquarters. I worked on technical analysis of inconsistencies occurred in production in a controlled environment; Technical analysis of Infoobjects contained in the Cubes; survey of characteristics and indexes; generation of technical document for Cubes and DSOs through Docu Performer; listing of cubes inconsistencies; Real Case simulation.

I joined a SAP project at the lagest oil industry Company in Brazil (Petrobras), as a Junior Consultant during the realization, go-live and support phases working on FI-AR, FI-AP for the Aspen CE System (SAP Foreign Trade solution for Brazil).
