Rafal Andrzejewski

Rafal combines decades of working in business environment and his most recent experience in private equity, where closing of a deal / placement was just a stage of the process, not the end of it. Thus, after the placement of a candidate Rafal stays closely tuned into his/her situation and the company where he/she works.

Rafal focuses on helping Polish firms and entrepreneurs in finding equity capital, mainly outside of Poland, for business expansion, acquisition or exit. Typical situations may involve spinoffs of non-core assets, growth capital for businesses, full business restructuring, capital structure rebalancing, MBO's & MBI's, new capital injection and liquidation and breakups.

Rafal successfully originated and closed a number of deals in Poland, and brought to the team a unique mix of real-world business experience and rare-in-the-sector relationship-building skills.

With his previous senior management business experience and his role as Partner, Rafal Andrzejewski focused on the context-driven executive search of top managers. He also strengthened Amrop’s Management Assessment services for strategic leadership, on boarding, and succession planning.
