Design and development of RF front-end module with integrated multi-mode low noise amplifier (LNA), RF switch, acoustic filters/duplexers for 4G/5G cellular application. 4G IoT Sip Module Design & Development – Smart Label Application Project Scope: Design and development of a compact System-in-Package (SiP) module integrating LTE Cat bis1 modem, RFFE, WLAN, Bluetooth, RFID, and GPS radios for smart label applications.

 RF HW design and development for Multi-mode Mobile Handset Terminal (Lumia 950 & 950 XL) based on Snapdragon 810 processor from Qualcomm. It supports for LTE-A/WCDMA/HSPA+/GSM/CDMA with new RF feature of 2CA & 3CA at Receiver side & Envelope tracking at Transmit end.

 RF HW design and development for first 4G LTE phone (Lumia 920/820/925), followed by next generation of Mobile Handset Terminal (Lumia 1520 & 930) based on Snapdragon 800 and S4 processor from Qualcomm. It supports for LTE/WCDMA/HSPA/GSM and Carrier Aggregation as a new RF feature at Receiver side  RF HW design and development for Symbian S60 devices with ST-Ericsson RFIC chipsets. It supports for WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA/GSM-Quad band and a new RF feature of Rx Diversity implementation at Receiver side

Worked as a RF Lead Engineer to design and implementation of CCT tester for Mobile Handset Development. SATIMO Anechoic Chamber Testing and Analysis of Mobile Handset Antennas for GSM, WCDMA, Bluetooth, GPS. Worked as a Team Leader for a study project on Mobile WiMAX design and engineering.

Worked as a RF Project Manager for Design & Engineering of Circularly polarized Microstrip Patch Array Antenna for S-Band Mobile Terminal for SATCOM application Worked as a RF Team Leader for Design & Engineering of linear phased array antenna system for IFF (Identification of Friend or Foe) Radar application

Worked as an RF Team Leader for Design & Co-engineering of Multilayer Adaptive Control Patch Array Antenna System for RISAT SATCOMM. Worked as a RF Team Leader for Design & Co-engineering of 16 x 32 Microstrip Patch Array Antenna on X-band for surveillance Radar application.
