Responsible for Qualification of Automotive Mosfets with accordance with AEC Q101 criteria. QM Responsible for Development, Transfer and Improvement Projects.

Completed my Master Thesis on "A simulation studies about the basic dependencies to the switching behavior of a Automotive SiC Power Module " The thesis focused on developing a simulation model of Automotive Sic Power module by modelling the parasitics and varying several parameters to study the influence, each parameter has on switching losses. The process was automated by use of Python Scripting.

-Calculation of FIT Reliability Data -Monitoring of MOSFETs for delamination -Analysing the Stastical data for MOSFETs -Quality Management -Customer Feedback

Completed my Internship on Characterization of Power Semiconductor. The internship focused on characterizing the inhouse developed IGZO sprayed, CNT(Carbon Nano tubes) based Thin Film Transistors (TFTs).This data than was used to develop and design inverters and oscillators. The process of characterization was to be automated using python programming.
