    Completed my Master Thesis on "A simulation studies about the basic dependencies to the switching behavior of a Automotive SiC Power Module " The thesis focused on developing a simulation model of Automotive Sic Power module by modelling the parasitics and varying several parameters to study the influence, each parameter has on switching losses. The process was automated by use of Python Scripting.

The internship focused on characterizing the inhouse developed IGZO sprayed, CNT(Carbon Nano tubes) based Thin Film Transistors (TFTs).This data than was used to develop and design inverters and oscillators. The process of characterization was to be automated using python programming.
