i was working in Paper mill, India. I was a electrical maintenance engineer. I had 7 person who was working under my guidance and i was head of the department. I was responsible for maintaining all the electrical equipment and electrical control panel. i was responsible to make it run without any interruption in whole mill. I was also responsible to maintain the power factor and installation of new equipment and panel.
