My responsibilities include both commercial and financial targets. These include (1) growing sales and revenues, (2) customer engagements with automotive OEMs, tier 1 suppliers and the fuel cell mobility and stationary market, (3) reporting to the board of directors on sales, management accounts and budget expenditure and (4) project management of fuel cell projects. My core competencies include leadership, product commercialisation, conceptual thinking and mechanical engineering.

I successfully project managed capital infrastructure projects in Southern Africa amounting to US$ 30 million. I created valuable relationships with clients in the execution of the projects. I effectively managed multi-disciplinary engineering teams for the successful design, construction and completion of the projects. The responsibilities of this position included: contract administration based on the FIDIC suite of contracts, project finances (professional fees and client's budget), project planning.

My responsibilities included project management of infrastructure projects and engineering teams, contract administration (FIDIC based contracts), management of internal and external project finances, management of geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering teams along with environmental engineering and occupational health and safety procedures, resource planning and tender adjudication.

My responsibilities included project engineering, team management of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineers, design of process plants (preliminary designs, tender designs, final designs), commissioning, completion and close out of projects, writing detailed design specifications and tender adjudication.

The main activities and responsibilities that I was involved with included mechanical engineering design for water and waste water plants, commercial project activities and tender submissions.
