Completely developed 1st HP gas turbine bucket from design to finish.

During 7 years stay with BHEL, I worked on initial inductment training followed by setting up of a world class R&D institution in energy sector. Later I worked on creep, fatigue, like damage mechanisms and life estimation projects. Having developed niche in the area. I swiched on material development. Where I developed generator end retaining ring material, wear resistant material for traction motor breaks.
