Responsible for compliance to all internal and external processes, business planning and development, customer relationships, software delivery, quality processes as well as general administration and human resource development.

• Started my career as a programmer and system analyst. • Set up and helped manage the Computer Centre. • Developed the software and managed computer processing for the complete automation of the Central Marks Department (licensing against Indian Standards) and the Standards Library.
