The role primarily aims to strategically support the GCP unit in a three-pronged fashion: Proactive research - Develop detailed analyst research reports for the purpose of providing latest trends and industry analysis Client development - Develop industry or company overviews involving detailed analysis of financials, issues and strategy to help teams pitch to clients. Projects execution - Help global teams run key research analyses on their ongoing projects and casework.

Was part of the internal Muri (Lean) consulting team. Develop a quality metric for the Global Technology Production environment. Objectives: Developing a standardised quality metric system. Analysing trends and identifying areas for quality improvements. Building the metric into the lean practices of the Muri Team.

Focused on providing a host of management interventions for client organizations and was responsible for planning, executing and implementing consulting products. Have managed consulting projects across the project life cycle i.e. Plan, Design, Develop and Deploy Phases. Some consulting products and solutions handled include: Strategic customised solutions, Strategic and Enterprise Scorecard, Performance Management Systems, Quality Management systems
