(video, voice call & HSDPA) • Conduct Drive test and analyzing log files using Nemo tool for UMTS to provide proper recommendation for the improvement in Network Quality • Analysis of drive test data to identify and troubleshoot missing neighbors, coverage holes, pilot pollution areas, areas of no dominance, code plan problems, overshooting sites, parameter inconsistency etc

• Drive test and Network Optimization, Interference analysis by using Agilent E.74xx for performance analysis tool, Analysis of Traffic reports and Cell Site (BTS) Parameters setting. • Collecting the drive test data to analyze the Ec/Io, Rx, TX level, interference problem, PN pollution, handover analysis and calls drop problem etc. • Have done RF Site survey and site audit. • Analyze Drive Test results by Post Processing tool on ACTIX. • Resolve the Customer Issues.

• RF Coverage Planning for Idea in Bihar & Jharkhand. • Initial system design and dimensioning RF coverage planning for Aircel and Idea. • Verifying the clutter type (urban, suburban, rural, quasi open etc.) • Finalizing the Tower height, antenna orientations

• PN Offset planning for Rajasthan circle CDMA WLL Network • Neighbor list update for new sites as well as after Re-orientation of antenna for successful handoffs. • Planning of new towns under coverage Leadership Plan. • Have done SCFT drive test measurement on CAIT & Agilent E6474A for Rajasthan circle.

• Have done drive test measurement on Invex-3G and Agilent E.74xx software at Lucent for Reliance Infocomm Limited. • Have Done RF survey and RF Audit. • Installation of Motorola BTS for T.T.S.L. • Installation of Ericsson BTS for BSNL at Haryana.
