Thermal Analysis of 79 GHz Automotive radar sensor:- - Analyzing the heat dissipation or temperature distribution from the heat source (HF semiconductor chip) over the antenna board and the surrounding frame which includes aluminium and plastic frame. - Understanding the effect of every material layer in the antenna board and also the surrounding aluminium and plastic frame. - Finding solutions to reduce the steady state temperature on the semiconductor chip.
