Indiba Medical Technology S.A. is a UK-spanish company based in Barcelona. Indiba develops, manufactures and markets patented medical devices ("radio frequency"). This "electrotherapy type" technology is applied to the musculo-skeletal system and to soft tissues enhancing rapid recovery from injury, enabling a faster and better rehabilitation process. Managing the the R&D Department with appr. 30 colleagues working in 6 groups (Project Managers, Mechanical Design, Electronic Design, Technical Writing, Product Quality Compliance and Documentation)

Managing R&D and design projects for headphones (from streetware to High-End) and for accessories for hard of hearing. Design Collaboration with asian partners. Transfer to european and asian manufacturing sites. Oversee mechanical, electronic and acoustical design activities

Member of Business-Team "Restoratives". Liase to all "internal" functions and departments (in USA and in Germany). Coach Project Managers. Participate on Strategic Planning, Operative Planning and implemenation in day-to-day activities. Definition of profiles for new products and of product portfolio. Integration management and harmonization after merger of ESPE into 3M Dental. Technology scouting.
