In this assignment I was Chief Operating Officer of Eterna, which is specialised in manufacturing, sourcing and selling its premium Shirts and Blouses Brands. Main activities were upgrading Eterna‘s logistics, setting up a new sourcing blueprint by building up strategic partnerships with new suppliers, consolidating the portfolio of existing ones as well as automising its own production plant. We were launching several digitisation projects with the aim to reduce lead time and increase visibility.

Coordination of all global supply chain projects in Triumph in close collaboration with the supply chain board member. Focus was Triumph's major global transformation program which is about to be successfully completed. Main activities were restructuring and reorganization of functions, consolidation of Triumph's production and logistic network, mergers&acquisitions , efficiency programs and global business plans. In this position I was member of Triumph's global SC leadership team.

In this position I was responsible for all operations departments of the Indonesian office of TMS Fashion, which had been the biggest office of the entire group. I was also leading the finance operationst and had operational responsibility for IT, logistics and HR.

Globally responsible for all finance topics for Triumph's global raw material purchase and finished goods sourcing network. Focus was on cost efficiency and establishment of a global sourcing strategy. Main achievements: building up a management information system from scratch as well as acting as a key driver to deliver high-single digit millions of USD savings in the procurement area by identifying the main cost drivers in our raw material portfolio and driving counter sourcing activities.

Fn this role I had been a key player in turning around the loss making sales organisation as well as the production organisation of India into a profitable business. Further major achievement was to establish a local finance leadership team and to be the key player in setting up a compliance management process for which I also won an award in the Triumph Group.

Responsible for all Controlling Issues within Global Supply Chain, controlling of own production centers, raw material purchases, own distribution centers, subcontractor, feasibility studies, managerial responsibility, Costing, SAP R/3, Scorecards, etc.

Responsible as Regional Controller with managerial responsibility for own production sites in China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Morocco, Austria, Philippines and Malaysia. Coordination of Actual Costing in own production plants. Active Involvement on site during SAP Roll Outs in Triumph Production Sites.

Responsible for Overhead Cost Controlling of Hugo Boss Ticino SA. Responsible for world wide price calculation for Shirts and Ties. Personal Reporting, Implementation of Preliminary Costing in SAP
