Das Praktikum ist in der Recht Digital Abteilung des Rechtswesens des Volkswagen Konzerns und meine Haupttätigkeiten sind mit dem Thema Open Source Software Compliance verbunden.

The position involves research and work with clients in the field of Data Protection and IT-Law.

- Corporate Law department – IPO listing; amendment of an investment management agreement; drafting a letter of consent to comply with lock-in deed; participated in meetings with clients and conference calls - Commercial Arbitration department – work and research on a peremptory order (confidential); translation from Russian of a guide for inclusion of arbitration clauses in construction contracts; ICSID – list of pending cases; EFET agreement - IP department – attendance of a court hearing

Work in the IP/IT department: - research on various topics related to specific cases (domain name registration; games) - document preparation and organising (e.g. marketing memo) - composing of 3 articles: 2 for the sports team, related to conflicts between football players and the sponsors of the team; 1 for the IP team on the topic of how to protect your confidential information at trade fairs

- preparation of documents for the Commercial and Corporate Law department (e.g. memo) - preparation of documents and research for client meetings with young fashion designers (IP department) - research for an ongoing sports case - submission of documents in court (Family law department)
