Managing the evolution of global online charging system to scope with the demands of a digital communication world and being part of next generation OSS/BSS.

Within the Business Support Systems Product Line of Ericsson I was managing and operating Customer Interactions for Portfolio improvements.

Leading a team of solution architects with the objective to define and accompany the role-out of winning solutions for telecommunication providers. In 2009 I took an additional role to enhance Ericsson’s internal software development process for the Billing and Care product line by applying user centered design principles. In close cooperation with Product Management we have established a dedicated team driving User Experience (UX) based development.

Performing the first IT based convergent charging and billing project. Covering the full scope from presales phase to being the Lead Solution Architect during implementation phase.

In this role I was responsible for the sales support and consulting for Portal sales into Europe. My role encompassed a leading role to align the European based team of presales consultants with the actual market and Portal's strategic positioning. My key responsibilities for the support of all the stages of the sales cycle covered the whole scope from business development to prototype installations.

Development of statistical and analytical computer simulations for relativistic ion detectors with real-time signal processing
