Most sourcing experience is for lock field of GE-Supra (Key management production). • Sourcing responsibility include project management and feasibility analysis, supplier selection and audit, commercial negotiation, sample result & follow up, quality issue corrective action, production release, quality inspection and shipment follow up, etc.

• Led mechanical team to qualify mechanical parts for localization projects. • Ensured that local suppliers fully understood MGE specifications and had capacity for mass production. • Supplier audit and selection. • Communicated with R&D French.
