 Dealt with purchase of Motor Parts and stationary.  Successfully handled procurements worth INR 50,00,000.  Proficiently maintained inventory of 100,000 Crates on a daily basis across five depots of the company.  Efficiently introduced various cost cutting measures by placing the plugs, cutting costs worth 100,000 rupees per month for the company.  Plugged a lot of holes in labour usage in addition to above. The holes that were plugged were inefficient use of manpower and resources.

 Dealt with major products including electrical local procurements at site, procurement of site furniture, small civil items like cement, etc., procurement of site tools through local suppliers.  Efficiently handled procurements worth INR 500,000.  Successfully coordinated with contractors and architects to meet construction schedules.  Proficiently supervised activities like Laying of Earthing Strips, Cables, Lighting Poles, Mounting of Panels, Plant Lighting, Cable Trays, etc.

 Purchase of small and medium categories of items for management of team assets.  Proficiently oversaw maintenance of plant at 11KV HT & LT Panel, HT & LT breaker & 11KV Transformer, Drive & Star/Delta starter and DOL starter.  Efficiently handled preventive and breakdown maintenance of: Transformers, Cables, Battery Bank, Switchyard, Control Room, UPS, Plant Lighting and DCS Panels.
