- Manage Projects: o NGIN (Next Generation Intelligent Network) System o Call Completion System with Channel VAS provider. - Supervise and Monitor the daily tasks of VAS Services Administration, Operation, Maintenance, SDP, VAS application & Reporting teams - Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of VAS equipment and services as related to VAS O&A units - Operate and monitor the VAS services KPIs and VAS nodes (Comviva and Huawei SMSC, Huawei USSD, Huawei RBT, SICAP OTA, Huawei NGIN system)

- Administrator on all VAS nodes (Huawei SMSC, Huawei USSD, Huawei RBT, …) - Monitoring and maintenance of VAS nodes. - Managing and developing In-house Application “VAS Gateway” (middleware between VAS node and other parties) - Development of web API for any external service provider - Development services on Huawei USSD platform
