With over 15 years of experience in the design & development of electric machines for e-mobility, I am a Senior Design Leader @ Valeo. I'm passionate about creating innovative & sustainable solutions for the future of mobility, & I have proven excellence in delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs & expectations. As a technical leader, I steer the design team & own the design & release of various e-motor projects, from advanced development to industrialization. I ensure robust timing plans, product design specifications & requirements management are in place to achieve project milestones. I also lead the component change management, DFMEA, DVP, & technical reviews processes, & drive the resolution of cross-functional technical & manufacturing issues. Also, I lead the suppliers through the APQP framework & support the prototype builds, testing, & manufacturing processes. I'm skilled in product design & team development & handling. I also contributed to multiple patents.
