- Spearheaded technical team in establishing a new manufacturing facility in Poland capable of producing 200 tons a month - Managed a team of 30 engineers, technicians and machine operators ensuring high efficiency production and minimizing downtime - Collaborated with department leaders to create a better communication medium between more than a 100 employees across 8 different departments

- Designed and Implemented new standardized maintenance procedure for machinery cutting down annual maintenance costs by 5% and overhaul time by 25% - Investigated faulty equipment and operations, diagnosed and resolved problems ensuring product rejection rate is less - Develop production lines by modifying and implementing new equipment in order to improve machine production, product quality and efficiency.

Created an On-board Diagnostic tool to test and diagnose more than 200 parameters in a Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulated vehicle systems
