• prepare Group annual and interim IFRS statements and disclosures • prepare accounts for external audit and deal with issues during the audit of interim and annual statements • maintain internal communication with subsidiaries and associates for timely preparation of reports • discuss matters of concern with Senior Finance Director

- establish internal audit procedures, prepare schedule of cycle audits, review audit working files - analyze and suggest improvements to procedures, internal finance controls in new and existing business inceptions of the Group - prepare accounts for external audit and discuss reporting issues - discuss matters of concern with Chief Finance Director and department heads - report to Vice-President/Shareholders

• Managing different audit engagements simultaneously; • Designing audit strategy, planning and execution of audits; planning, staffing and engagement cost control; • Meetings with the client’s management to discuss issues; • Preparation of final deliverables (Audit Reports, Management Recommendation letters and other communications); • Providing guidance and technical assistance to the team to ensure timely completion of work; reviewing of team’s work papers

• Assist in assurance engagements • Assist with the development of the audit practice within project team • Preparation for the meetings and liaison with the clients on matters of concern • Assist engagement senior in preparing reports and other deliverables for the clients • Report to Audit Senior on audit procedures
