- Responsible for computers and networks for 5 schools in Berlin - Responsibility for smartboards and projectors - Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the Operating systems - Register laptops and computers in the server - Installation and configuration of the WLAN access point - Installation and configuration of the network printer

- Installing and configuring computer hardware systems and IT software. - Repairing IT equipment and replacing parts. - Analyse and repair OS malfunction (macOS, Windows). - Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems. - Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops and mobile devices. - Responsible for maintaining backups and for project work such as new builds.

- Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services . - Maintain the companies network infrastructure. - Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software. - Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme. - Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems . - Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation.
