• Design and develop production based applications in addition to proof of concepts applications. • Act as Scrum master for scrum team consists 4 developers and 2 qualifications • Participate as technical lead and developer in proof of concept application CIOT, collaborative Internet of things, which is a system to scan all sensors in non-coverage areas using BLE technology, Bluetooth low energy, and sends this data to Backend system using MQTT protocol over GSM network

• Design and develop customization related to telecommunications processes owned by Vodafone Germany (VF DE). • Participate in the design and development phases of the recent Point of Sale system owned by Vodafone Germany (SmartPos) using the latest Java technology JDK8, Spring 4, Hibernate 4, Tomcat 8. • Act as development lead for one team, of 3 teams in SmartPos’ Project, who handles the Front End Validation area in this project. • Participate in Estimation phase of new requirements.

• Design and develop telecommunications based solutions especially in Huawei's billing product - used technologies (JSF, PRO*C and PL/SQL). • Analyze the requirements and business needs of telecom operators have Huawei's products and try to find the technical solution that satisfies these needs and requirements. • Daily development and unit testing of components • Developed across all layers of a JEE application (front-end, web tier, services tier).

• Act as 1st and 2nd line of support in Etisalat Egypt for supporting its billing system BSCS_iX R2. • Responsible for solving opened trouble tickets by Etisalat Egypt according to SLA between Ericsson and Etisalat. • Re-simulating some cases to check the ability of solving the issue or escalating it to the 3rd level of support. • Testing delivered shipments (Full/Partial) before delivering it to the customer.

• Design and develop telecommunications based solutions especially in ITS’ billing product - used technologies (PRO*C and PL/SQL). • Analyze the requirements and business needs of telecom operators have ITS’ products and try to find the technical solution that satisfies these needs and requirements. • Participate in the new releases of products.

• Develop backend processes and daemons using PRO*C and PL/SQL. • Participate in the new releases of products. • Worked with Team Lead to design, develop and maintain core system modules • Development and unit testing of solutions.
