Commodities: Casting and Forging (including machining). • Define and lead the Global Commodity Strategy answering the group needs (actual and future). • Guarantee Purchasing performance for the Commodity (QCD, working capital). • Shape, develop and maintain a world-class supplier base. • Protect the company against potential unfavorable market trends. • Manage local commodity buyers to achieve the defined purchasing actions.

• Scope : 3 plants in Germany, France and Italy •Fully responsible of purchasing QCD on assigned projects. Guarantee from tender to Start Of Production: Purchasing Cost Control, fulfill Project needs. •Improving the CM of the projects by managing the R&O (Risk & Opportunity) for the projects •Secure quality, capacity & on time deliveries for the Projects, •Monitoring progresses of the different APQP phases related to procurement and supplier quality

•Group Purchasing Business Process Expert •Creation, implementation and mapping of process, procedure •Purchasing Audit on Process, Project, Performance & Organization •Best Practices, method and tools training for the different plants to drive the improvement of the performance •Follow up and analyze Group Purchasing Performance. Provide spend and vendor analysis to create synergy between plants. •Implementation of E-procurement, Contract & Supplier Relationship Management tool

•Facilitating and managing projects, monitoring progress to respect schedule and delivery on time for Big European account Home-automotion and energy saving field, projects value 100KUSD to 1M USD. •Management and coordination of local team, R&D, Purchase, Quality and Marketing in Shenzhen office. •Sourcing and qualification of new suppliers. •Set-up all quality process of the company. •Key account : Somfy, E-on.
