- Seminar planning and organization for leads and employees at the Munich headquarters - Evaluation of feedback questionnaires - Person in charge of the departments’ intranet presence - Customer support of and accounting for training department

- Creation and review of contracts including stakeholder management for interns, working students and graduates of the BMW Group - Customer support and payroll for young talents
