I was responsible for HSE Management of Change in Logistics, lead for implementation HSE strategies for 4PL & 3PL logistics operations, carrying out Risk Assessments, setting logistics HSE KPI’s for 4PL / 3PL operations. Developing internal HSE competency/ resources in Supply organization in 8 territories (42 Countries) in EAME region with approximately 400 3rd party logistics service providers.

- Responsible for introducing Transport Risk Assessment tools and its associated elements to reduces transports accidents and create sustainable strategic 3rd party business partners in APAC. - Serves as HSE subject matter expert and business partner for the Region / Territory and Country Supply P&S Organization.

This role was reporting to the Managing Director India and was dotted line to Regional Head APAC in Singapore. I was HSE responsible for Crop protection sites and Seeds processing site in India, and Bangladesh. It included 4 Manufacturing sites, 8 Field production sites and 20 R&D / trials site, 32 warehouse and 6 Toller’s. I had 3 direct reporting site HSE Managers and set of 10 dotted line HSE responsible people in my HSE organization.

I was handling a team of 3 HSE Executive each responsible for Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment in 3M Plant Bangalore. Was responsible for all site level EHS activities & program.
