Techniques: cell-culture, molecular biology techniques (PCR, protein purification, Western Blot, DNA/RNA extraction and analysis, cloning), confocal microscopy, live-cell imaging, super-resolution microscopy (STED, PALM/STORM), Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), FRAP, FRET, microinjection into cells.
