Model an enhanced range estimator for the driving range prediction in the Electric Vehicles. Built various simulation models such as battery and motor model (necessary electric circuits), vehicle dynamics model and the integration of NEDC drive cycle. Later setup a Hardware-in-the-loop for testing the range estimator using the company's tools- RTLAB and simulators.

Set up a software-in-the-loop (SiL) test bed for the automotive project. Market study to select a specific system integration tool. Installation of the tool and a demonstration to build a VECU (Virtual Electronic Control Unit). Later test the VECU functionality in the simulator environment.

Technical support to the channel partners and customers for the fault diagnosis and debug, design the electrical protection system and select the apt switchgears/breakers. After-sales technical support to the sales engineer and attend the technical project closure meetings with the sales engineer. Conduct training programs for the newly recruits, channel partners and the regular customers. Also worked as ISO coordinator.

Assisted in manufacturing of the power distribution panels, PLC and other controllers based panels. Basic training on the panel design and circuit designing tools.

Worked on a survey for developing a residential consumer's energy consumption model for the Solar City project
