Control and coordinate the work of the Department by assigning tasks to the workers and monitoring the results of their work. Internal Management of Change Management, CAB (Change Advisory Board) Coordination, Management of strategic projects of the Bank, from analysis of requirements, harmonization of technical and functional specifications with the vendor, monitoring of SLA contracts, analysis and approval of costs and presentation of the same to the Management Board of the Bank.
