Responsible for five offshore Utility Systems Design (Inert Gas, Plant Air, Instrument Air, Diesel and Power Generation systems) and preparation all process deliverables including PIDs/UFDs for onshore Terminal and offshore Platforms; Pumps, CV/PSV, heater, Storage Tanks sizing; Utility Balances calculations, process input to instrument and mechanical datasheets including SPI; Liaising with other disciplines, departments, project personnel, vendors, client, etc, attending HAZOP.

Preparation of SOPs; Material balance; Checking plant operating parameters of feed products, polymerization, solvent recovery, extruder and utility systems on DCS interface; checking laboratory shift supervisors report on daily basis and lab analysis results; attending pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; releasing process order, confirmation of utility consumption, creating batches for products segregation in terms of properties and marks and making technical completion in the HDPE module of SAP

Development of design package process deliverables-PIDs, PFDs, UFDs, Line List; CVP pack, Reports/Procedures/Philosophies; Line Sizing/Hydraulic Calculations; PSV/PRV/PCV, Pumps sizing; Providing process input to Instrumentation and mechanical data sheets; Design Risk Assessment; development of tank inspection manuals, vendor proposals review; HAZID attendance; delegating tasks to junior engineers; undertaking work in accordance with relevant foreign and local Codes, Standards, Procedures and specifications

Feasibility study-Setting workflow for integrated flow units analysis of core and open log data for one of the multibillion barrels offshore oil fields in Azerbaijan; building core database; facies analysis, comparing sedimentological description of the core and basic petrophysical properties; preparation of crossplots; development of histograms; generating the petrofacies using statistical approach; development of correlation panel of petrofacies; development of preliminary 3D Hydrocarbon Flow Units Model.
