Master Thesis Topic: Create a Design concept of a Cooling system for future Daimler E -Mobility trucks. This platform mainly consists of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and Fuel Cell Vehicles. Main Tasks : Propose an optimized size of Radiator, design of not just the Cooling module but also the Surge Tank, fan shroud, Condenser and coolant lines. 1D CFD analysis of the cooling module.

Support the Design team in Cooling systems of Daimler Trucks in Stuttgart. My tasks included Design and analysis of sheet metal brackets, Design and drawing creation of coolant lines.

Responsible for Design Team of Engine cooling system of Daimler Trucks in Mercedes Benz Research and Development India. Major Task undertaken: 1. Development of new plastic Surge tank bracket. 2. Release of new Engine coolants. 3. Design of an Insect grill of a radiator for China market. 4. Overview creation for engine cooling system
