• Oversaw the daily operations of the Guest Services department, including Playland Ticket Sellers and Fairtime Gates • Developed and maintained policies and procedures for onsite Guest Services operations such as completely revamping missing persons policies and procedures with complete success • Assisted with the hiring, training, discipline, scheduling, performance review, and succession management planning of all Guest Services staff including 40 Seasonal and over 200 Fairtime employees per year
