Auto Inergy - Plastic tanks & SCR systems manufacturing - In charge of warranty and 0 km cost management. - Implementation of a new WLR procedure (Warranty Liability Report). - Development and implementation of new warranty & risk management approach. - Customer specific requirements management. - Responsible for the implementation in Europe, Russia, Morocco and South Africa plants of Best Practices, Lessons Learned, Rules Reminder and Quality Alerts. - Quality crisis Management.

Headliner & Sun visor - Reorganization of the Quality department to reduce CCR and CNQ. - In charge of firewall management: removal of 13 Quality firewalls in accordance with the different customers. - In charge of customers satisfaction: CCR ≤ 10ppm. - New product launch management: responsible of Quality performance SOP+3M. - In charge of ISO/TS16949 certification. - Leading of daily Quality meetings and problem solving workshops. - Daimler VDA 6.3 audit management: result A rating (91%).

Rear view mirrors manufacturing - Reorganization of the Quality department for better cooperation between departments and implementation of a continuous improvement process to reduce CCR and CNQ. - In charge of customers satisfaction management: CCR ≤ 20 ppm. - New product launch management: responsible of Quality performance SOP+3M - In charge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certification. - Leading of daily Quality meetings and problem solving workshops.
