MBD (Model Based Definition) different landing gear component • Project includes MBD of different landing gear component like pins, arms, piston etc. • Client needs 3-D Data with basic GD&T and complete dimensions necessary for manufacturing. • Inputs are given in the form of 3-D model and reference part.

Aerospace Interiors Project for Lavatory, Galley, Stowage's, Class-Divider (Partition and Curtains) - Modelling of Monuments - Creation of Installation Drawing, Manufacturing Drawing and Definition Drawing. - Model are Parametric with Catia V5 and Knowledge Advisor.

--- Reverse Engineering Project (Creation of Different BIW component from Scanned Data and Existing drawing) • Creation of Surfaces from scanned part in UG • Save that Surface in the IGES file and open that surfaces in Catia and Copy as Isolated External ref . • Start Modeling of BIW part from isolated External Ref and available drawing with DC methodology

--- Design of Filter System of Heavy Duty Trucks • Modeling of different Part of Filter System. • Creation of Assembly and Sub Assembly • Creation of Parametric model from Dump Solid of different automotive part From Instrument panel and Sheet Metal Parts.
