- I am monitoring and quantifying the impact of the PMO measures in the group companies. - I am setting up a Power BI based reporting tool to support the Management and the Sales team.

I am working closely with the payments business unit creating an active partnership with both operations and top management. I act as a finance sparring partner for the CFO and the Finance Director. The creation of the annual budget and the reforecasting are also my tasks. I have managed the wind down of one of the credit companies until the official liquidation. I also act as a point of contact for external auditors and EU tax administrations.

I advise our company’s financial department but also the board of management. I oversee the business operations of car2go Germany and provide monthly and quarterly analyzes to the management about the fluctuations of the Profit&Loss. The month-end closing and bi-annual financial planning processes are also my duties. I act as the point of contact for all business and financial related inquiries coming from the CEO, CFO, Country Manager or Location managers for Germany.

My role was to identify and analyze the areas of potential risk threatening the company, both in terms of financial loss or brand image. I have done credit risk assessments up to €100k, solved related escalations in a timely manner and fraud reviews. In February 2016 I have been promoted to the Berlin office to optimize the PayPal PLUS project for Germany. Additionally I also offered training to Dublin Vetting colleagues and German merchants teams for PayPal PLUS.

I have engaged with PayPal customers where a negative balance has occurred on their account, performing a range of collection duties including providing support, negotiating payment solutions and meeting quality goals.

My responsibility was to analyze the risk to the company of its Italian customers not paying for goods or services or defaulting on the allocated credit limit. I have performed collection duties in Italian and English, followed up on credit adjustments based on the payment pattern and implemented a new payment allocation system in SAP.

I had the great opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries. My role was to plan and handle the quarterly controls, do inventories at the end of the year or prepare the bank reconciliation. I have worked from the PwC offices of Milan and Genova or on site at big clients like ENI, Siemens Gigaset or Coca Cola.

My role was to identify and analyze the areas of potential risk threatening the image of the company, both in terms of financial loss or brand image. In this role I was responsible with the credit analysis for private customers, which applied for high amount personal loans or house loans with mortgages.
